1. Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.

For other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
